Dr. Divya Victor, Associate Professor of English, published a book titled Curb that illuminates the lives of South Asian Americans and immigrants in the US. As hate crimes against Asian Pacific Island Desi Americans continue to rise, Curb is a timely study that humanizes racialized minorities as those whose identities, relationships, and communities are as real as anyone else’s.
